Gloria Gloria

Your form is locked in stone

made of skin, blood and bones

Your dressings of fine lace

cannot hide a worn face

Your lips closed with eyes set

silent words of hope fret

Your soul ready for flight

colored windows spread light

You walk toward your fate

executioners wait

Your souls interior

a divine quicksilver

Fills you with pneuma’s gold

Warming your heart, embolds

As it chisels structures

freeing your soul’s thunder
